Southfork Optical Center is the only full service eye care establishment in Hampton Bays, New York with a licensed Optometrist and a staff trained to help you with all your eye care needs.  We have been proud to serve our community for nearly three decades.

We also offer a variety of contact lenses that can give you clear, comfortable vision. In addition, our optometrist conducts advanced diagnostic eye exams to pinpoint eye conditions and diseases.  These exams allow us to accurately detect eye disease or other abnormalities early, often before they present any symptoms.
